How should I know about my order?

Every order placed on can be tracked via our website or you can get the information by calling our award winning customer service.

We always make our level best to deliver order before 5pm at your doorstep; however, if order not received within the estimated time then we request you to contact us immediately.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Query regarding change/ cancel of your order/s wherever applicable. Cancellation/ changes for same day deliveries orders shall not be entertained. In any condition, if you wish to cancel or change delivery schedule, contact our customer care helpline or email us.

Changes in the order can be entertained only 24 working hours prior to the date of delivery in the Domestic Express deliveries unless confirmed by our Customer care team on email only. For courier orders (Domestic/ International), can be entertained four working days prior to the date of delivery.

We are unable to cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic hand delivery) prior to the delivery date.

In case of Cakes and flowers, request for cancelation or modification should be made before 24 hours from date of delivery.

Refunds and Resends:

In certain instances Refunds or Resends would be accepted.

  • You wish to return because packaging is damaged or seems like it’s been tampered, opened, you have received incorrect product. In such instance we may resend or provide complete refund.
  • If order is retained by customs then we would give resend or else provide you the complete refund.
  • Order’s that are lost in transit would be given full refund or else resend would be arranged.
  • Amount refunded from our would be done instantly however, it may take upto 3 working to get reflected in your account.
  • Refund will only be made to the account from where transaction has been processed.


We will only make one attempt of delivery and in case non availability of customer second delivery attempt can be made with additional cost of delivery. To arrange second attempt of delivery and to know prices, please contact our customer service team as delivery prices varies according to delivery location. do not guarantee and not responsible for refund where:

  • Delivery not successful due to wrong address supplied by sender.
  • Receiver not available especially at Hotel.
  • Premises locked.
  • Refusal of receiver to accept an item.
  • Incorrect phone number, not working, not replying and non-reachable.
  • Delivered the product at postbox, gate, and reception or with security guards.
  • Product quality problems raised due to improper handling by receiver.
  • Restricted areas.
