Shipping & Delivery Policy:, our professionals shall deliver your ordered products as per the delivery schedule defined ASAP.

We always make our level best to deliver order before 5pm at your doorstep; however, if order not received within the estimated time then we request you to contact us immediately.

Order received after our cutoff time 5pm, Monday- Sunday IST will be processed on next working day.  In case of any dispute in delivery, proof of delivery can be obtained by calling our customer service team.

  1. During the festive season we request you to place order at least 2 days in advance..

    1. Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.

  2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.



  1. Delivery not successful due to wrong address supplied by sender.
  2. Receiver not available especially at Hotel.
  3. Premises locked.
  4. Refusal of receiver to accept an item.
  5. Incorrect phone number, not working, not replying and non-reachable.
  6. Delivered the product at postbox, gate, and reception or with security guards.
  7. Product quality problems raised due to improper handling by receiver.
  8. Restricted areas.


  1. A) Delivery to Hospitals Policy

    The florists in our network has experienced problems in delivery in past. While placing your order we request you mention following details.

  • Hospital Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Notify Reception regarding Delivery and approval must be taken
  • Name of receiver, room number and ward of receiver.

Please note, many ICU patient are allowed to accept bouquet or any other gifts. Please cross check with Hospital administrating before placing an order.

  1. B) Delivery to Hotels Policy

    There has been problem in making deliveries to hotels in past and we are making all level best to get out of it. Please follow below guidelines. Kindly, provide below details while requesting delivery at Hotel.

  2. Hotel Name
    1. Full address of the hotel.
    2. Room No.
    3. Telephone number of the hotel.
    4. Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
    b. If receiver has not checked in Hotel then please, notify the reception for acceptance. In case of refusal by hotel administration, order will still be counted as executed.
  3. C) Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy
    For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
  4. D) Recipient Not Home Policy

If you have special instruction for our florist, Kindly mentioned while placing an order in comment box or else contact our customer service while placing an order.

In case of non-availability  of receiver Florist would go through the following guidlelines.

  1. Call the recipient and will take safe location for delivery.
    2. Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.

(Please note as mentioned in Shipping policy second attempt of delivery will cost you additional charges)

  1. Leave the order with neighbor, safe location provided by receiver or security guard.

    Substitution Policy 

    Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. We, however reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.

What you should know about Fresh Flower/ Same Day deliveries (Express Delivery)

Time of Delivery is unable to commit any fixed time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise
All deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.

Same Day Delivery

Order received till 2pm will be delivered on or after 7pm and order received till 5pm will be delivered on or after 9pm.

Redirection Policy

The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

Service Level Agreements

The gift/ bouquets and other products ordered by you, will be delivered only in those cities which are listed in our website.

`About Mid-night deliveries

We are providing an exclusive services called “Expressed Delivery” to be made mid-night as detailed in order placed and will be charged extra. The delivery will be made between 11:pm to 12:00 am on mentioned/requested delivery date. Gifts/ bouquets will be delivered on Sundays/ holidays also however; all disclaimers mentioned above are also applicable for mid-night deliveries. We currently offer this service only in INDIA as per cities listed on our website.

Midnight delivery order should be placed prior to one day from the occasion date/day.

  1. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the serviceable city list
  2. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
    Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    b. Recipient not available.
    c. Premises locked.
    d. Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    e. Recipient refused the products.
    f. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  3. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
  4. In order to check the status of an order, customer can use “Track Your Order” option from the website or call the customer support number or can write us an email.
  5. If the order is supposed to surprise the recipient and the receiver should not be called before the delivery, the customer needs to call the customer service to specify the same in advance.
    Giving the landmark for a midnight delivery is a must to facilitate the delivery boy to locate the address.
    7. In case of non availability of the ordered products, we will first try contacting the customer to inform of the same and offer alternate suggestions. In a failed attempt to get through the sender, we reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value.

    About Fixed Time Deliveries:

    All standard disclaimers mentioned above are also applicable for fixed time deliveries

    1. This cannot be offered for courier products
    2. We cannot commit sharp/exact time for delivery.
    3. Order will be delivered +30 or -30 mins as per preferred time.
    4. Delivery for the same shall be executed after 3 hours from the order placed.

  • What you should know about Remote Deliveries

    – All the orders received by 2pm would be delivered on the same day.
    Orders received after 2pm will be next day or as per the date of delivery selected at the time of placing the order
    – Deliveries are done all 7 days between 10 am to 7 pm.
    – The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
    – The image displayed is indicative in nature. The actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
    – No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained.
    – Correct and elaborate Address (landmark) and contact number are must for the recipient for placing the order.
    – Deliveries of limited flowers (roses, carnations) and products can be done in these cities
